Another broken app

Could you just revert to the working version and get rid of this garbage!

Great

I was there on referral and they were so much better then where I came from.

Location doesnโ€™t work

Trying to use save my spot or finding an urgent care, location or any location for that matter doesnโ€™t work. You guys need to fix the app.

Pre- Procedure Update

Donna was very informative of how my heart procedure would go and what medicationsI need not to take and when. She also informed me of a call I will receive from the anesthesiologist several weeks before my procedure. She explained how the watchman Dr. Han will install works.

Very comprehensive and communicative care.

Touch ID sucks

Touch ID thumbprint only partially shows on screen, if it shows at all. So I need to type user name and password in each time. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

Fearless Faith

I am so thrilled with this app & UCSD. They are definitely on top of everything from appointments to test & results & reminder & easy to understand result charts. This is the best Iโ€™ve ever come across in my own experience.

Good

Good people

Functional Barrier

The hospital has dehumanized the doctor/ patient relationship. There is no compassion from staff, doctors, or administrators.

At one point in time there was the concept of a โ€œgood bedside mannerโ€
Your lucky ghe doctor is in the building ๐Ÿฅต

UCSD Care

I like the comprehensive care

Productive

App is useful, for health productivity.

Excellent 5๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

Easy to acess and check everything : appointments, refill medicineโ€ฆโ€ฆ.

BEST PAIN DOCTOR

Dr. Furnish was referred by my primary doctor at Scripps. I have had bad experiences with other pain doctors who did not seem to understand my pain from having CRPS. Dr. Furnish has been doing my blocks and it has relieved the pain. I am blessed he is my doctor. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Dave

Excellent App. Very helpful. User friendly !

Customer service

Great care. Some of the best nurses Iโ€™ve ever dealt with. Dealing with everything else was a clusterโ€”โ€”โ€”!!
The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Iโ€™ll go so far to say that the index finger on the left hand doesnโ€™t know what the ring finger on the left hand is doing.

The art of caring

I have just returned from a visit to the Hilltop MRI clinic where my wife underwent a brain scan due to her memory loss. We were both treated with outstanding caring and understanding. This team receives my highest possible recommendation.

This app is shameful

How did this get through app review? Lookโ€™s shiny but nothing works! Fitting of UCSD.

Worse healthcare app

App always crashes. Iโ€™ve had 3 different healthcare apps and never had issues until I used the UCSD app. Very frustrating

UCSD app does not support IPads.

Landscape isnโ€™t supported hence itโ€™s sideways. Not useful. In general the IT department at UCSD is terrible. Canโ€™t schedule specialist from the app or online, have to call and wait for up to an hour to get an appointment.

Convenience

Can you make the app automatically adjust from portrait to landscape orientation.
