Won’t allow me to make appointment
Your app won’t let me make any appointment other than immunizations. I click on primary care for basic options for different doctor visits but again it only giving the options for immunizations. Frustrating to say the least.

Scheduling No Longer Available
I prefer choosing an available appointment time with my doctor to calling. This is no longer an option on this platform. Very frustrating.
Fantastic Experience
Just had a 4 night stay and everything was great! I love the new menu with healthier options, the protein salad was fantastic! All of the staff were very kind and listened to me and my concerns. Thank you all so much!
Amazing team
I have got to say that from the moment I met these amazing people to my very last conversation via the telephone video chat or in person has been absolutely amazing My stay in the hospital both times were excellent Care superb nurses. The doctors were so kind and listened to me. I highly recommend you of them the orthopedic, the plastic surgery the specialty surgery. The nurses were amazing great altogether team.

Both of my Doctors, Doctor Bolling and Doctor Brummel are excellent doctors. I am grateful to have them both taking great care of me!
Cardiology
After countless and futile consultations with another major medical system I finally had an amazing consultation with Dr Perry, cardiologist. I felt heard, he really listened. His recommendations were well communicated and made total sense. Finally, a perfect consultation. I am finally at peace that I did indeed dodge my family genetics and am on the right track for prevention.
I can’t thank Dr Perry and U of M enough. Will be a forever U of M patient and welcome their new medical center opening in Troy❣️

Useful with every doctors appointment and event in the ER, it helps with holding so much info in the palm of my hand
Application needs further development
This application is not intuitive particularly when used online. It doesn’t communicate with other sources. It’s impossible to upload data from other places when you’ve gotten things done like, a colonoscopy. So it keeps reminding you of things you’ve already done so that’s useless. You should be able to turn off those features. It really seems like it’s behind the times. But they do always let you know when you owe the money! Even though your insurance company is covering it and no, I’m not paying until the insurance company has reviewed it. So that’s ridiculous. Needs work put somebody in the design and engineering that actually needs to use the product. Maybe that might help it improve. And don’t get me started on the duplicates of medicines that haven’t been removed from the system or can be removed by me from the system. But actually, there’s so many errors with this system, and not being intuitive that it would be best that “they” sat down with a bunch of users and have them go through and look at all the issues. Cause it’s not something that can be covered in a survey.

App and doctors!
I find U of M has the absolute best doctors. Very informative and easy to understand. Takes away a lot of stress when you have someone that explains things in the terms you understand. Makes my life a lot easier when the doctors explains things without all the scientific and medical terms that are hard to understand…. I LOVE MY TEAM PF DOCTORS AT U OF M!!!

The app is ok but…
Only way to set appointments and receive communications. I feel forced to use this app. Every thing about it makes the doctor’s job easier, well I’m left out of my depth in complete confusion.
Easiest Epic app to navigate
I have several accounts at several medical institutions and UOFM portal is by far the easiest to navigate . This app kept me in line and up to date for all my necessary appts for surgery, including education videos , and lab work.

Sometimes, it’s all just too much. Some items I’ve read and cannot dismiss. I would like you to add that feature to all, please.
Unable to message provider
I’ve been unable to message my provider through the portal, there’s a glitch going on now for several days.

I love Michigaan Health. You really encouraged me but what I’m going through and I really treated me well with the meds and all the things I have to do. I’m gonna I lost my job. I’m gonna start paying on my bill in a couple of weeks. I just started another job. Please be patient with me please be patient with me I went to get my meds and you all have froze them, but I’m gonna start paying all my bill in a couple of weeks. I had to find new employment I had to find new Unemployment I had to find new employment. I was terminated from my job start paying on my bill.

Very unhappy
My messages and appointment requests never get answered. Also, I have been assigned a resident which constantly changes and they don’t listen to me or take me seriously. They also don’t follow through. I’m very unhappy with my primary care provider.

I have been extremely lucky to have had him involved in my health care. I will miss him However. U of m. Healthcare team are all great Ty everyone.

I love the MyChart system that integrates my medical history and providers. Easy to navigate, information available quickly, and it makes it easy to communicate with my care teams at various hospitals.

Can’t make a basic doctor visit appointment
There is no option to schedule a standard non emergency doctor visit, I don’t need shots and it isn’t urgent
