Very bad services, I’d never recommend

The bad reviews will look like we’re just hating but they really have poor customer care service. I made a payment to buy a product and on the same day I did that, my account got cancelled without any notice. I found out when I was trying to log in the following day and I was being told that I’m using invalid credentials. After using their WhatsApp chat, I was then told my account has been cancelled. After trying to enquire, no one gave me an explanation as to why, I was just being given generic answers. On the payment I made, I was refunded later but due to exchange rates, the money I got in return was less than what I initially paid and because of that, I couldn’t even afford to buy what I wanted in the first place.
I was really disappointed in the how my matter was treated. If only I could give zero rating.

It’s rubbish

I used the old app with no issues. The new app frezes , buffers , you can’t find stores or products and it takes forever .
Sadly I will be cancelling my subscription

Beware!

They do not allow the user to cancel or edit their order in any way. Even immediately after checkout. There’s a markup on majority of items through the app. Better to purchase directly from Walmart/Amazon etc than use this app. Predatory behaviour and poor customer service policies.

Not great

The old version of the app used to have all the stores on and now it’s really annoying that it’s been removed and you have to troll through random choices. Please revert to original one

Agree with other review

This app is absolutely terrible compared to its older version. Far to difficult to find products and most products do not load. Absolutely awful

Disappointed with the new app

So disapointed with the new app. The search is limited and you can’t select the stores to shop. Good job MyUS 👍🏻

No markets to chose from

Awful. The first app was better it showed the websites it’s offering but this app doesn’t even show Amazon and has very few choices already available

No longer choose store!

Very bad update!!! I can no longer choose a store and shop its products. What a mess. Will find a new app to help with shipments now.

Bring shop by store back

Stores have been removed and only limited items available now in categories. As well shopping on Amazon or eBay now

Shadow of its former self

The old “myusShopping” app used to be pretty intuitive and allowed you to search for products by store so you could browse the entire website. This app has done away with all of that and you can’t now just search for products or click departments and then be offered 4-5 sub categories. I can barely find any products from Walmart and can’t get on to bath and body works and those were my two used sites so it’s now practically useless for me. A lot of the original functionality has been removed so it’s essentially just an inferior app comparatively. Shocked it got through design and testing and still achieved approval. Already starting to see issues with the old app so maintenance and support is clearly being halted on that. Real shame
