Touch id/biometrics doesn't work; toggles revert back; settings don't remain saved; so many bugs... how is this secure since elementary basic bugs/errors cannot even be squashed, correctly scripted?

Biometrics never work
It is a frustrating app. I just want to pay my bill and I have such a hard time signing in. Biometrics never works and user name and password will not store on my device and even when I manually add them, I still cannot always log in. If my password has expired an error message would be nice.

your app is trash, so irritating. everytime i have to log in its always ‘failed authentication’ despite just changing my password for the 50th time.
Won’t launch for scheduled maintenance 2 days from now
Fails to launch because of a scheduled maintenance 48 hours away. Less than useful. I would imagine the city should have more resources considering water rates are up, parking rates are in place in more places and we just had our city charter changed to up our taxes to cover trash. America’s fine city. Pay more and like it.

APP NEVER WORKS
I am constantly sending requests for help and changing my password often to no avail! It’s my worst app for all apps that I access! Fix the bug!
Always issues signing in
This app is ALWAYS having issues when trying to sign in. It’s such a waste of time and potentially could end up paying your bill late because of this. The whole point of having an app is to be able to pay on time without the hassle of sending a check or being in the phone. This should work… always. I’ve had to reset my password sooo many times and have had to reach out because I cannot sign in.

Unable to log in
Unable to log in via app. Will receive an alert that my log in credentials are incorrect, even though Im using my locally stored credentials. These same credentials when used in web browser work fine. It seems to be an issue with the app.
Ability to Download Statement via the MyWaterSD App
Why isn’t there an option to download the .pdf version of the statement after selecting the View bill link, or via Billing then History tab Bills and selecting one of the .pdf links? It’s very inconvenient to be required to use a web browser to save a statement. Thank you…

Majority of the time the app will not even let me log in.

I will set my account for face recognition to sign in. It will automatically sign in twice when it works. The following month I go into my account again and the face recognition is off. Every other month I have to turn it on. And I will try every single password I have ever used and it will not sign me in. This app ALWAYS gives me problems signing in.it’s extremely frustrating.

What A Piece Of
Truly one of the most dysfunctional apps. Bombs out, loses credentials, and defaults to initial settings all the time. If you don’t want to pay a real person and charge your customers so much, please create a better app! Ugh!

FaceID login doesn't work most of the time.

Tried to access the app but authentication failed and then it’s just the city of San Diego logo and the app freezes. Restarted the app with the same results. We pay way too much for water for this app to fail so easily. 🤦🏽♂️

Entered account number and email as requested and got message of invalid credentials.
Email is the one used to receive notifications from the water company and account number was copied and pasted from said email notification.
Now I’m sitting on phone for over 30 mins.
People do not have time to spend on efforts to pay their water bill- please get with the times and update these ridiculous issues. Im assuming I will have to go in to a location to pay like 20 years ago👍I’m sure I’ll be met with an attitude also, great work guys!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Worthless
Shen trying to register the app it claims my address is ‘invalid’. However, the water department has no trouble sending our bill to this address. Repeated efforts to get them to address the problem has been ignored. Their ‘help’ button returns an inoperable, error message. A thirteen year old off the street could have written a better app.

No Support for Starting Service
I emailed San Diego water 5 days ago to set up service, and on the second phone call have been on hold for 80 minutes so far.

It’s annoying
Ever since they updated from a newer versions weeks if not months ago. I couldn’t login I tried to reset my password it says not to use similar password or something. I tried so many times same thing happened. I called their customer service and the wait was like an hour and when someone finally answered the phone and told her my problem she said to send them an email and tell them my problem and then they will email me a ticket. And they did email me a ticket but that’s it. Their customer service is unforgivable.
