The MyWay is super easy to use & as a legally blind single mother with 3 children unable to drive - it is a game changer for getting around Timaru independently - without the expense!! Thank you!

Why did you stop offering more than one pick up time choice? It often takes up to half an hour to book a ride because the app can’t cope with busy times making the service unreliable and I start trying to book an hour before I need to be at my destination. There are issues with MyWay that are not app related but it would be great if these two problems could be rectified.
