Best part of the app
Honestly going around the store in Walmart they don’t have Wic approved Signs on a lot of of the items that are . So using the scan, the barcode has tremendously help me while I’m shopping. Given that where I live, there isn’t an H-E-B.

Infinite loading
The app gets stuck on the loading screen after login and never progresses. The purple screen with a white spinning circle continues indefinitely.
I can log in successfully on the myWIC website using the same ID and password, so my credentials are correct. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but the issue remains. I am using iOS 18.7, so compatibility should not be the problem.
Since the browser version works, this appears to be an app-specific issue. Without access to the app, I cannot scan WIC-approved items in-store, which is very inconvenient. Several other users seem to be experiencing the same problem, so I hope this will be fixed soon.

The app is so easy to use . It’s helpful. I really like that I can check in to my appointments and I can take my courses straight from the app .

I just bought bread that I scanned and it said it was approved but at the register I didn’t take it off
Error on app
Struggle to can certain items on the app that’s acceptable sometimes. Like this month I’m not able to find “acceptable” yogurt on the app everything comes back as not eligible.
Infinite loading
Hi! After login it shows infinite loading on purple background and nothing happen. I reinstalled the app, logged in again and same issue

Love the app! Makes things easy to look for and see what you have left ! Only thing I dislike is that the scanner still does not work after updating the app! Hope they try to fix it again

App Issue
The scan an item thing hasn’t worked in a while to see if something is wic approved or not . Use to work but it hasn’t lately. I have updated the app , I have logged off and logged back in but still doesn’t work.

I really love the WIC app. It is very useful while I am shopping to make sure that the items I am picking out are covered under my plan.
WIC App is not working Correctly
Everything I scan at the store with a pink sticker, it is saying it is not WIC approved when it clearly has the pink label sticker.
Please add reloading wic cards to the app
I like that I can schedule my appointments through the app, and I was told there would be an update to be able to reload my card on it as well, which would be really helpful since I don’t have my own transportation and have to arrange a ride to get to the clinic.
Bad labeling at Kroger
Sometimes I can’t pick up all my items not available especially 1% milk.
Scanning issues
The labels in stores say WIC approved on the items but yet the app says no, but when I get to the register it’s approved once scanned by cashier. Very inconvenient!! This app needs to be aligned with the store’s inventory correctly!!!
No update
I love this app. It’s super easy to find what Wic covers and provides meal preps and even online classes! My only issue is I can’t update the app and I’m not able to get my formula. I’ve tried resetting the app and deleting it to see if it would pop up but the only thing that pops up is a message up top saying “Update MyWIC to resolve scanning issues” I’m not sure on how else to solve this issue
