I go on Monday andWednesdays and enjoy exercising. The participants are the best. I use a walker and each time I go someone helps me get the equipment. I am so thankful to be able to come to the class. John and Nancy are the best teachers.

The iPhone app is great once you figure out how to use it. Several times lately the app has told me there were no classes scheduled for the day I am checking. It happened to me last Tuesday and another lady in my silver sneakers class. We both had the same problem.

This might just change my life
I recently converted from cr*nch fitness to my local Y and in the first three days already I can speak to its brilliance. Not only is the YMCA of DT Cincinnati a spectacular facility which staff I adore, but the app interface is a dream come true. There are so many ways to engage with it weather through scheduling classes, tracking fitness or education oneself on healthy lifestyle. It’s stream less and incredibly easy to navigate.

I like this app. I can schedule/cancel my workouts easily. I can also keep track of my activities and get schedules. The only problem is when I schedule on my iPhone, I can’t find it in my iPad and vice versa. It’s really annoying because use both.
