Will it work today?
Sometimes it records the whole workout and sometimes it chooses not to. Maybe my device is faulty. Support never helps. Went on an 8 mile run and there are multiple gaps in my heart rate. Moving on to something else. Only worth it if you get it on a major sale otherwise you will find missing data ALL the time.

Love MyZone w MyZone specific devices
I’ve been using MyZone for probably about 8 years. I’ve used an MZ-3, Switch, and MyZone Go with Apple Watch. I tried MyZone Go about a year ago (?) when it was brand new. Very unreliable tracking when using with Apple Watch. Went back to a Myzone device. Trying MyZone Go again, now, a year or two later, with Apple Watch. I am going to cancel the trial. The tracking using MyZone Go with Apple Watch is miserably poor. I love MyZone and its specific devices, but I do not recommend MyZone Go with Apple Watch AT ALL.

Your iOS developers are awful - no offence you need a new team
This app absolutely sucks on iOS.
1. It’s super buggy/interacts with the keyboard awfully
2. Couldn’t add my facility because the confirm button froze thinking the keyboard was still live then it randomly assigned me one.
3. I can’t change this facility without contacting support
4. SSO is a joke that doesn’t work properly. Possibly the worst SSO implementation I’ve seen on an app
5. The feedback form to report bugs HAS a bug in it that I assume doesn’t accept enough characters. Plus it doesn’t wrap text which is just bad UX

Disappointed
I already paid for the Myzone belt, regularly buy replacement straps (£19.99 every 6 months with only a 3-month warranty), and now you’re asking for a monthly subscription too. The smartwatch app should be free for existing belt owners. This feels like charging loyal customers twice. Very disappointing.

Buggy app & terrible customer service
Just bought a device and the app's facility configuration is not responsive to being clicked on. It's a 3-5 day wait to get a response even to add a facility through customer support. A very basic feature should not have this much friction to set up.

Spotty
I’m not sure what the issue has been of late but the app is not recording workouts. I’ve updated the software, my device is new, the strap is in good condition. It’s disappointing to have the app fail after a hard workout. I hope the developers fix this bug.

Non compliance Apple Watch
I have a series 2 Apple Watch and myzone go worked for 2 months and then in April stopped working. I contact customer support and now 3 months later I have found out that on a recent update of the app Apple Watch must be series 6 or above. My watch will not work and so cannot use the app.

Inconsistent recording.
The HR continually fluctuates from zero to 90% randomly. No answer to this issue. Also connections to other apps from Apple Watch is a big fail or the connection instructions are incomplete. Frustrating when my other two HRM’s have no issues at all. I have used this HRM for over 12 months and am not impressed they keep adjusting your max HR without any notice. So your training efforts usually end up getting lower. Go figure.

Phantom workout time
I worked out yesterday took off my Myzone® at the end maybe about an hour of total workout time. When I looked at my workout later and said I've worked out for 3 1/2 hours with heart rate track the entire time. I don't know where this came from but it's completely phantom. My monitor was nowhere near my phone from when I finish working out to when the workout displayed the extra. Can't really trust it.
Also, the UI is completely jank. They need to hire UI designer to go in there and make this modern application. It looks like something from 2012.

it doesn’t. on top of that, the app is sooooo buggy.
Motivation
Seeing my heart rate helps me tailor my workouts to best achieve my goals one workout at a time. The result is a compounding effect for long term success.

Fantastic motivational tool
I’ve used many devices in attempt to improve my fitness as I get older. I found the simplicity of the Myzone® tracker and the basic layout of the app suits me perfectly targeting 1300 MEP every month has helped me keep moving for many many years on a month by month basis.
