Come on N-able, why is it taking so long to get an update to this app that currently doesn’t work with your released version of the server?

Un-able to login due to the mfa token field being covered by the login button.

It’s always something with this app. Issues with logging in, issues staying connected during a session, and now can’t even log in if 2FA is enabled. Like, come on guys. We pay to use Solarwinds. Give us a working mobile app..

Although the app is pretty bad, I do use it. But their most recent update description is very misleading. Is the app going away? Will they replace it with a good web based version? When I’m remote without my laptop, maybe just an iPad, am I unable to support devices by September?

This app is terrible, and also doesn’t appear to support SSO sign in, despite it throwing an error that I need to sign in with SSO.
Inexplicably lacks SSO support
For all the fanfare for adding SSO to N-central, the app lacks any support for it.
Fix resolution mismatch on new iPhone 14 Pro Max
Trying to use Remote Control but the mouse cursor is about an inch to the right in actuality on the remote Pc versus what is show on the phone screen. This is most likely due to the higher screen resolution of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Worked fine on my older iPhone 8 Plus before upgrading phones - using the same version of the NCentral App. Even trying ‘show remote cursor’ and also changing screen resolutions on the app settings doesn’t seem to make a difference. Please help and update the app!

Invalid Token
I can’t write a review because I could never login successfully. Invalid Token message despite entering the correct value. Deleted after 10 minutes of trying.
Still doesn’t work
Excellent internet speeds and it can’t stay connected for more than 5 seconds.
Broken
Login times out before MFA can complete. MFA takes only 3 seconds but that is too long. App is worthless.
Constantly logged out
I am on call and have to view notifications that come in. However I am forced to do that through my computer because the app constantly crashes and logs me out.

Great app but bugs
The app is great but the @ symbol doesn’t work when typing it in for server passwords so it renders this app useless if trying to login to a server with the password that included an @ symbol
Finally... useful!
After years of this app not being that great, they finally updated it and it seems to work much better and is actually useful!

Please Fix...
It doesn’t appear that this app has much of a track record for stunning performance. However, developers, please bring some measure of stability back to this app... Constant crashes, getting stuck in “limbo” on screens where cancel/back buttons do nothing, remote cursor rarely shows up making selecting things near impossible. Really the list could go on and on.
I’d like to think there are people hard at work fixing this app. If so, thank you!! If not and this is just so far down the development priority list, the app should just be pulled entirely from the App Store as others have suggested.

Fix the app
For the love of god just fix the app. Crashes when trying to remote control a machine and has been broken for over a month! Just fix it already.
