حملت التطبيق اشغله يرجع يقفل حاولت كذا مرة ما يفك معايا
للأسف تطبيق سيء
والله طلبت منهم اغراض وجابو نصها ناقصه والمشكله خدمة العملاء الرد الي ما تستفيد منه شي

دحدرة شنيعة في المستوى
من بعد ما كان فيه وفرة في المنتجات و تنوعها و يوصلني الطلب في اقل من ساعة الى حتى خبز و زبادي ما تحصل و الطلب ياخذ ساعة و نص الى انهم قفلوا التوصيل مطلقاً لاحد اهم الاحياء في شمال الرياض. مسخرة. واضح انهم على انفاسهم الاخيرة.

It is so bad that when I odered items it got delayed for one hour and then when I got the items it was expired and some were even expired and then when I complained they said I they can’t do refund and then later after two days I asked again they said there is no return now it is so disappointing 😶😶😔😔😔

I can not see my copons, the loading page takes forever and not open, it does not matter how long I wait. it is not my network i am 100% sure. this is the third time i download this app and have the same exact issue in different dates and times.

العنوان واضح جداً ولازم نجلس عشر دقايق نوصف له جربته مرتين ونفس الشي ومع ان تجربتي مع كيتا ولا مرا اتصل يطلب العنوان والايسكريم ماينشرى منه بكل مرا يكون ذايب

ممتازين و سريعين و عندهم تنوع كبير في المنتجات حتى الحلى اللي ممكن تطلبوه من برة موجود عندهم 👍🏽
