Won’t read hardly any barcodes from iPhone. By the time I hold phone there long enough to MAYBE read it, I could’ve wrote vin down, walked to office and entered it.

So much trouble trying to scan a barcode or q code with iPhone. Doesn’t give you the ability to get close enough to read it

TRACS Vin Scan is Great
I no longer have to write down the vin number. After scanning the vin it is waiting for me in TRACS. I no longer put the wrong vehicle increasing the speed and accuracy of quotes.
NAPA TRACS is a garbage shop management software
As a former employee of NAPA TRACS, I can tell you as of March 2018 there were over a hundred bugs in the NAPA production software. Bugs that impact performance, inventory, and accounting. I personally would not recommend this software to any business owner.

When it works it’s great. Chokes on Dodge trucks. Way more friendly to Android devices. Mine freezes often on my iPhone X froze on my 7 as well. Very efficient at transferring VINs to TRACS, just have to write down mileage and plate 👎🏼. PLEASE UPDATE. Don’t have to add features just fix the app!

This app worked great before update. I updated it to scan qr odes now it is useless. I used to use it 20 times a day now I just have to put cars in TRACS manually again. If you have this app do not update it.

Had a couple 2014 chevy's with no bar code just a qr scan box. Needs update for that. Would be nice if user could go back and edit the info too.

Works great. Newer vehicles appear to be using QR codes. It needs to read QR codes.

Great app, saves me 2-3 minutes on every vehicle I check into the shop and saves everything in my Napa Tracs software.
