Clunky, outdated interface. Crashes frequently. Errors occur with no expectation of resolution given. What’s to like?
I love NASA Federal Credit Union
I love their saving account deal that you only need $5 to put in once and you will get ut back when you close the account. There is no minimum balance and no minimum direct deposit. I heard you can take out money from 7-Eleven but I go to the bank in person to get the types of bills I want 😊. I always have good experience because there is no line. I love it that NASA FCU workers are not overworked and not burnt out. I like that credit unions are not for profit organizations. I love NASA 🌎📡🛰️🚀🚀🚀🪐♥️❤️💖

App no longer working
I tried to pay a bill through this app today and it made me re-add all of my external accounts and still would not let me make a payment. Very irritating.

The app smooth I just wish it haves Zelle and my 2nd problem is when you launch the app it automatically shows your bank privacy then it ask for you to login I’m guessing it’s some type of bug error but other than that it’s fine bank app

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have great news! Zelle is now available - just go to More > Transfer & Pay > Zelle to begin using it. Also, if you would like to turn off the feature that shows you a quick glance at your account, you can go to More > Settings > Snapshot and then slide the button to disable. Pointless
I’ve gotten more permissions issues with just trying to look at my account than I have successful attempts by a large margin. More often than not the app just does not work. No point in using it. Just use the website
Decent app
The app is easy to use but I really dislike that both deposit and withdrawals appear in the same color. Using green for deposit allowed me to quickly

Updated: still bad
Revising my 1 star review now that the app has been updated. I can log in now (couldn’t in the previous version). But it’s still a bad app, and still an incompetent credit union.
Having two names on a mortgage is very common. But not for NASA. They don’t allow joint accounts even for a mortgage, which is silly.
I’ve recently made an additional payment to principle through the app. Straightforward concept, and it seems easy enough to do in the app. However, once the payment is processed, the balance wasn’t updated correctly. It appears some money went to interest. Their support people confirmed it should’ve worked. Incompetence through and through.
Worth noting: my mortgage broker originally chose a different lender, who then sold our mortgage to NASA. I would never have chosen them myself, and would never recommend them to anyone for mortgages.

Easy Peasy
The NFCU app is easy to use and you can do most everything as on a laptop. Customer service when calling is has also improved recently.

App doesn’t save username
Only thing annoying about the app is that on the iPhone it doesn’t save the username or password.
Non functioning app
This app constantly crashes and has now deleted my personal banking information which prevents me from auto paying my car payment through them. Then when I try to manually do it the app fails and will not complete the task. The website is not any better and if you contact them via phone you are stuck on hold for hours… will never use this company again.

Oops. Error. All I EVER get.
App won’t let me pay my loans
Nothing in this app really works at all. I’ve been trying to pay my loan through the app for multiple months now and it never works so I always have to end up calling the bank directly. Please fix your app.
