Very user friendly, great support team. Had billing issues and they fixed it. So much value with all the free Ai school classes. High recommended.

Not friendly user and charged me even there was a option that was ending the course
constant updates
i swear everytime i have to open this app it forces me to update. my last update was stable on my phone why do i have to update again. and get logged out and MFA again. 90% of the time i spend interacting this app its me updating and logging back in. once inside its efficient. but its so annoying to never get to just open in and do what i need to do

Is an Scam
I just pay the “ challenge “ but it seems that it just start by Jan 19 and they are gonna charge me another 30 by Jan 24th so… what I’m gonna do all this time? I request a refund and i don’t received… the “ support “ is just “ figure it out what to do and how to help me”, I just want a refund, every serious company know how to do a refund, I just pay today, and at the moment that i download the app and I see i won’t use it till then I say “ it’s not for me” I thought I was paying for the challenge not to just wait till Jan 19. So please if you don’t wanna have this problems like me, don’t get scammed!! Run!

It’s Scam and here is why
I opted into the 100 customer challenge but all the calls 11pm in my local time and no way I could join then they sent me a first client without me doing anything. Finally they try to take money like a subscription every month without clearly mentioning up front. SCAMMERS
Bad refund policy
I canceled within minutes after paying realizing this was not the product for me. Did not use any of it at all and checked if I can get a refund. Team came back to me saying there is no refund policy whatsoever after multiple emails. Charged me 43 CAD.
Poor
They store your bank details and deny this, with no option to delete them after.
Never seen anything like it
This platform is incredible. I opened it to create a course and community. I also got an amazing bonus of daily ai classes included when I signed up. I don’t know if that was a deal I got for being one of the earlier sign ups but it’s an incredible perk. But even without the school, this platform for courses, digital products and communities are amazing. You must join.

Hard to use
Interface is very unclear, hard to understand the services im entitled to with the package I bought
Bad business
They will play with your money at the end of the month ask you to verify stuff you already did over and over again … then it’s hard reaching somebody for a simple answer
Too many visible errors
As a newly registered user who is still awaiting approval, on using the app seeing a lot of errors while exploring the app. Randomly being taken to 404 page. Website is much better in terms of handling and displaying free events or materials. I am sure app experience is fixable and will be taken constructively

I cannot explain how much I love nas io. I made so much money that I no longer have to work. Everyone must download this app and make a 1 minute business. It’ll change your life forever.
Greedy and Overpriced
You guys were great at first. I’m not a fan of stripe connection. Before it was better adding a bank directly. The added subscriptions for new a better features is ridiculous. When it was free it was cool. But adding extra subscriptions for the creators is tiring and makes this platform exactly like any other greedy platform out here. Truly disappointing.

Only for building can’t join anything?
I downloaded and installed this app to join a community that recommended it, had been excited to try. However, upon logging in, the app tries to get me to create a new community and provides no clear way to find other communities. Instead of being user friendly and welcoming, I got the vibe it was trying to force me to do something for it. I feel like my time has been wasted, and want to save others from this experience.
