No Tellers

It’s ridiculous that there are no tellers working. We come to bank to work with a teller. Why are you guys forcing people to use machine when they want to speak with someone?

Check deposit

Depositing checks is a pain. The app always closes out on me mid deposit and I have to log back in and restart. This happens multiple times.

Lack of service

Cannot get debit/credit card to work and withdraw money. Cannot get customer service on phone. Not having tellers in branches is such an Inconvenience. There really is not any benefit to banking with this bank. Will be closing accounts once balances are paid in full. Please bring the tellers back to ALL the branches.
