Check deposit
Depositing checks is a pain. The app always closes out on me mid deposit and I have to log back in and restart. This happens multiple times.
Lack of service
Cannot get debit/credit card to work and withdraw money. Cannot get customer service on phone. Not having tellers in branches is such an Inconvenience. There really is not any benefit to banking with this bank. Will be closing accounts once balances are paid in full. Please bring the tellers back to ALL the branches.

Answer phones
It is next to impossible to have someone answer the phone. They just keep to rotating you from one menus to another till you get frustrated and hang up. My location on 63 rd St has gotten rid of tellers and now you usually have to stand in line. A lot of people don’t know how to use the video teller and it takes forever to get your turn. Nice having to stand there for 20 minutes to get your turn. Customer service is at an all time low. Going back to my previous bank. I’ve had it. Them making money is way more important than their customers!
