Predatory store
I made an almost $400 purchase, $200 gift card and the rest on my amex. I returned one item from this order and they refused to refund my American Express even though my card was used for almost half of the order. This behavior is predatory. On top of that this last order felt like clothes from forever21 just cheap fast fashion.

AI, weird return practices, spammy notifications
If you receive an item that’s defective and request a return you not be refunded the shipping cost, even though the defect was out of your control. I didn’t appreciate the AI automatic response to my questions either. Way too many notifications from the app too.

App and website barley work
It would be great if the app didn’t fry my phone and make it hot af every time I go on it. The website is constantly crashing and reloading as well so can’t even actually browse and shop. These issues have existed for a long time.

The app is horrible. I have started over about 10 times because it keeps going back when I swipe to see the preview. The prices are unreal. I’ve ordered from natural life several times and I’m praying the quality has improved since they want over $120 for a pair of lounge pants! I just repaired pockets and seams on dresses and jumpers I ordered. So be aware and look at the seams if you order!

Deleted all my wishlist items
I had a bunch of cute things in my wish list, but they disappeared. So now I have to start all over. Also, no app support.
Dresses
I bought the Berkley dress to wear to a wedding in the Bahamas. However, it came today and is nothing like the one I chose. The colors are so dull and the picture of the dress I chose is very bright and cute. I wanted to send a picture but couldn’t figure out how. Now I’m scared to order another dress because I wonder if the new one would just be the same. I am so very disappointed.

Shipping & 15% ??
It’s been two days and my order has not even been shipped?!? This is insane! I’ve been charged as well including shipping! Not real happy at the moment…. Actually pretty shocked that a company within the US is this slow! 3-8 days for shipping is ridiculous as well! I need the gift for my daughter’s birthday & I purposely gave myself enough time for this; checked on the order & my heart dropped to my stomach in shock & now I’m worried that it won’t arrive in time….
Also another thing is that the web version said if I downloaded the app, I would get 15% off my 1st purchase…. Ummmmm nope that didn’t happen either…. I will update my experience once I receive the products I ordered…

Ripoff on returns
I ordered a jacket on sale. Quality was poor so I returned it immediately. I had to pay shipping both ways so ended up losing $18. in shipping costs on a very poor quality product. Will never buy from Natural Life again and neither will five of my friends.

Nice app but website easier
If you do a return, and you get a label to print, if you have the iphone app installed, it is impossible to print the label. It will open in an internal browser page inside the app with no print button. If you try to access it from outside the app via the web site, shopify will redirect your login to the app. You cannot get around this. I was only able to access the label by actually deleting the application so I could go to my Returns via the web site and print from there. Its a nice app but details like that matter.

No Zoom
While I adore the clothing. This app is lacking. I love to be able to zoom in to see more texture and just to have a closer look at items, this app dos not allow this.
