Pointless app, doesn’t let you login and when it does you are very limited with what you can do on there. Pointless, NatWest really need to sort out this app

Rubbish
This is a very poor app with limited functionality. It gives misleading information. When you identify an issue, they tell you that you don’t understand how to use it in a dismissive and patronizing fashion. Doesn’t compare in any way to the Barclaycard, MBNA, Lloyds, First Direct apps which are far superior.

Anybody home
Been using this app for years for work card. The Face ID integration only works once next time you use app you have to set it up again and a 6 digit pin.
Very poor work by developer, if they can’t get basics right it’s fairly safe to assume the rest of the apps security is substandard

Worst App Ever
I have a few business accounts and this is the worst. Can’t work out how to pay into it or move money. Awful.
Worst finance app ever
What can I say? It’s impossible to set up on multiple devices. Thanks n the one device I managed to get working the app is so basic and useless. There is no export, reporting, no ability to make payments or any other way to administer the account. Totally useless.
Won’t even open
Used to work, now the app won’t even open?! Running iOS 18.5, so what’s the issue?!

Unable to login
All was okay since week ago ehen try to login says problem occured. Tried everything no luck. Useless
Does not work
I used to use this app all the time and managed our company credit cards very easily from my phone. But about 2 months ago it stopped working, I have deleted and re-installed the app several times on my iPhone 13 but when I click on it just doesn’t open and goes back to the icon on my screen. V annoying it’s totally useless now.

As the title says… useless, oblique, unnecessarily vague (especially for a banking app!), crashes and locks you out constantly - really unbelievably terrible!!

The most useless app I have had the misfortune to use… who knew the update could make it worse?
Utterly pointless!
Completely and utterly useless. Why can't BusinessCards be added to the NatWest Banking app? This was once possible many years ago. Cannot download PDF copies of statements, which is the only functionality that would actually be useful. Forced to scan paper statements.
Useless dud
Badly designed for small screens - keyboard covers the field into which you are typing. Can’t even log in. Functionally useless.

Never found an app as bad as this one, complete let down from NatWest, just give us a simple, intuitive view in the main banking app to view our credit card spend statement style… sack the app developers, buy in a third party app developers from any of the major credit cards and it will be a vast improvement to the useless piece of memory stealing junki currently have…

Can’t login - as I don’t receive one time passcode
There seems to be an issue with the one time passcode function on iPhones which means I’m unable to login and do my job properly. It was working ok but has suddenly stopped for no reason. I put my SIM card in a different brand of phone and it works fine. This leads me to believe that the SIM card is ok and that the issue is iPhone/app related. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the other make of phone so I’m stuck without access. I’ve reinstalled the app and tried every fix suggested by customer service but still doesn’t work. Nobody seems able to help!
