User reviews

Handy App but….

Could do with having an option to put a reference when taking a payment. When reconciling at a later date with my accounts package it’s easier to know what the payment was for.

Useless

Signed up online, account was created absolutely fine and logs in everytime. I download the app, attempt to sign in and keep receiving the error “Login Credentials not recognised”. I then try to reset password in app, tells me there’s an error and to contact customer service. Why bother making us use apps, bank machines etc if you can’t make them work/full-proof.

Time wasters

I wouldn’t bother. They aren’t interested in smaller businesses.

Terrible customer service

Been using the app for two years ,not many problems enough to be annoying but suddenly said I’d failed security and locked me out of my banking , couldn’t take any payments , has taken two days endless calls been hung up on and not called back, shocking half hour waits for someone to answer and then loads of security questions like mental maths jumping through hoops and still couldn’t get it sorted out
A shame as when it works it’s good , when it doesn’t say goodbye to hours of your life

Awful

It jams after each transaction so I have to delete the app and re install. It also keeps the payment over weekends and holidays and overnight.
