Worst experience with premium
I purchased the Premium Resume Writing package from NaukriGulf for $160, which included Resume Writing, Customized Cover Letter, Resume Spotlight for 6 months, and LinkedIn Profile Writing.
The payment was collected promptly through the payment link sent by the representative. However, after making the payment, I received no meaningful follow-up, no updates on the progress of the services, and limited communication regarding the deliverables.
As a customer, I am disappointed with the lack of response and support after payment. I expected regular updates and timely delivery of the services that were promised. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully evaluate the service and ensure they receive clear timelines and communication commitments before making payment.

Mislead Information
I have Taken Paid Services for Resume spot light but before taking it Company told me Many things about services but after taking it since last 2 month I am not getting any spot light of CV nor any contact update after even escalating this matter to then now they asking for another Paid Services for Resume build and asking for extra Money . One of Employee Mr. Ashish Mishra had called and threaten me for giving such feedback . Worst ever Services and Complete waste of time and money.

This app sent a lot of spam notifications on my email even though I already unsubscribe!
Ineffective and Misleading Naukri International Paid Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Naukri’s paid International subscription. At the time of purchase, they promised regular and relevant job recommendations and better visibility to recruiters. However, even after 3 months of activation, the service has not delivered what was committed.
I received only 5–7 calls through the paid service, while I personally found and applied to more than 150 relevant jobs through manual search. Surprisingly, many relevant openings were visible on the portal, but their so-called algorithm never recommended them. When I raised this with the relationship manager and support team, I kept receiving generic responses like “depends on market availability” and “algorithm is being enhanced.”
There has been no real value from the paid subscription. It feels like false promises were made during the sales process just to sell the service.
I would not recommend taking Naukri’s paid subscription, especially the international package. Manual search has been far more effective than their paid service.

Poor customer services and incorrect subscription
I have paid for the for Gulf Naukri subscription and they have activated Naukri India subscription. Was getting only emails from Indian company in India and not UAE.
After multiple emails/ calls they have deactivated the Naukri India profile and now I’m not getting emails from neither India nor UAE .
I have asked for the refund after wasting one month and they giving me only 36 USD instead of USD 125 after deducting proportionate charges for one month.
It’s completely waste of time !!
Never ever buy the premium version of Gulf Naukri!!

Very slow update content
Very slow update content when open the app and many times error occured due to unknown reason (already updated app follow latest ios but still error)

Nice app but..horrible response
This app looks great and is easy to use, but what’s the point if it doesn’t deliver? I’ve applied for hundreds of jobs through it and haven’t received a single reply. Not one. No acknowledgment, no feedback, nothing.
It’s beyond frustrating. A job search app should connect applicants with opportunities, not leave them shouting into the void. Right now, it feels like a waste of time. Until there’s proof that applications actually reach employers and generate responses

Data sellers to real estate brokers
As soon as I have signed up for this. I started getting calls, but not for jobs, it’s for the plots/flats/villas to buy. If you guys want to make money you become a broker and do it professionally. But not bet stealing the users data and selling the same data for profits in the market. Now, my phone number is shared across Bangalore real estate brokers and thanks to you for taking away my peace. Very good job in STEALING THE DATA.

This app is relentlessly focused on upselling you to premium. Be warned: the service you get after activation is non-existent. The team stops responding, and the promised benefits—specifically recruiter outreach and personalized assistance—never materialize. Paying for premium makes absolutely no practical difference in your job search experience here. You are essentially paying for nothing. Do not waste your money on this upgrade.

Good app but never conclusive
The app is well designed and stable. I could never get a job interview although I rank well. Something looks weird.

Sorry for the inconvenience. You can track your application status in the 'Applied Jobs' section under the 'Activity' tab in the app. Note that due to high volume, recruiters review only about 1 in 4 applications. Best of luck with your job search!
