Cannot connect to Server
When trying to log in, I keep getting “cannot connect to server”.
If I’m able to log in, during an actual lockdown and a week later a fire drill, I could not respond/account for my students because of an error message that the chosen building was not set up for that.

Navigate Prepared is an excellent addition to our company. We are do thankful for this app. We are able to access students from any where in the building or outside the building and know their location!!!

This is a great app for managing safety plans. Easily accessible from anywhere as long as you have your device.
Training site is somewhat cumbersome which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Great Addition
The app is great for when I’m not in the building or near my computer and need to access information. It also helps me make adjustments as needed without being directly on my computer.
Invest in school safety
Running a school without Navigate would literally be like not having a computer in the year 2018. You are crazy if you don’t have this product

This app is getting easier and easier to use. The company is awesome and listens to requests and feedback. Their customer service is wonderful and they care about their products.
