Great app Transfers instantly from savings to checking
SIMPLY AWFUL BANK
All though there is plenty of money in ones account and while at a grocery store line with hundreds of do,lars of groceries and a hour and a half in the store, nbt bank declined card and even when there was a few thousand in account. Utterly frustrating and im telling all my friends and family to run away from nbt to avoid a similar situation.#FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

I love the NBT bank. I am always greeted kindly whenever I walk into a physical location with smiles, and everyone knows my name. I find the app to be easy to use, and navigate. Having adhd I sometimes find apps to be confusing and look cluttered but this one does not. Anytime I have a question or need assistance I get it without any hassle or trouble. This bank is great, they work with you!

Banking online system fails 60% of the time and the other 40% your spending having to call for issue to be met with rude staff I finally changed banks.

The app sucks. I have a car loan through them and none of the hyperlinks work and it’s very hard to even understand how it works. Also not up to date with my statements.

Horrible app/loan company
Possibly the worst app ever created! They make it so hard to make an account, set up automatic payments.!! It’s brutal!! Do not use these people if you don’t have to.

Awful
Only have this to pay my auto loan, the UX is awful and outdated. Making payments is far more complicated than it should be
Banking withthe NBT app
NBT is great in personand banking. The app is adequate but it could be improved even with something as simple as the speed it takes to move between pages. Though the app is slower than other banking apps, it does get the job done. But no one beats the actual staff at the physical bank.

And I thought that Evans Bank couldn’t be improved. Oh boy, was I wrong. NBT is even better!
