The app sucks. I have a car loan through them and none of the hyperlinks work and it’s very hard to even understand how it works. Also not up to date with my statements.

Horrible app/loan company
Possibly the worst app ever created! They make it so hard to make an account, set up automatic payments.!! It’s brutal!! Do not use these people if you don’t have to.

Awful
Only have this to pay my auto loan, the UX is awful and outdated. Making payments is far more complicated than it should be
Banking withthe NBT app
NBT is great in personand banking. The app is adequate but it could be improved even with something as simple as the speed it takes to move between pages. Though the app is slower than other banking apps, it does get the job done. But no one beats the actual staff at the physical bank.

And I thought that Evans Bank couldn’t be improved. Oh boy, was I wrong. NBT is even better!

Banking withthe NBT app
NBT is great in personand banking on their app is adequate but it coule be improved with speedier resolution getting to or moving between pages. It can be slow butit does get the job done albeit not as smoothly or elegantly as Wells Fargo, etc.

This app is so slow to open and then once you’re in, it’s so slow to do anything. It will glitch and kick me out.
