Website sucks for people who already have a physician
It sucks when you already have a physician and it want let you just add that doctor.

Makes enrollment and finding a PCP much easier and faster!
Glitched out
This app is so glitchy, I wonder how anyone can find anything/use it. It freezes. You can’t look through providers because it’ll glitch and go straight to the bottom of the page. Now this may not be related to the app but I find it hard to believe there are no providers in certain areas. I feel like it’s glitched and doesn’t show.

Horrible
Can’t even log in using an iPhone. Can’t use a password manager. Can’t paste in your password. Can’t even see the password as you type it.

The search function is nearly useless. Only one provider matched in the search in a town of 150,000 people. Conway that’s correct.

No Viable Help
Most of the information is incorrect because it’s out of date . You waste months calling Drs just to hear they don’t take Medicaid . And when you find out , you have a care partner. You think . Great . No . They don’t call you back , they don’t call at all . I know the system is overwhelmed, but I have numerous issues and after my PCP of 16 years ABRUPTLY Closed . Leaving us all out of a Dr . You’d think you’d be helped . Having a severe anxiety, MDD , and a anoxic brain injury which has caused developmental and verbal issues. I need help . None out here .

Not able to login since adding NCID. Removed and added back and now it won’t login at all

Impossible to Navigate
This app does not allow you to choose a pcp or which of the five companies you want to get your health care plan through which is literally the only thing that it seems to have been built for. Been trying all week. I just want Healthy Blue and the PCP I already had. And it looks like I might get stuck with whatever they pick for me. Had a great health care plan through the market place. Hope this works out.

This has actually been a very quick app to work, get straight to the point. I’m very very impressed. Very little well no crashes as of yet.

It won’t allow you to even select your name to enroll or do anything. This app does not work at all! Very frustrating you still have to call for everything

Finding a provider
It was very aggravating trying to find a pacific provider because every time I would try to find a pacific provider it said none was found.The only way I was able to find my provider was to find the office that was affiliated with my provider so therefore it was very frustrating trying to select a provider of choice.
