Mobile App Doesn’t Work
The mobile app has old information that can’t be accessed nor updated. Can’t update login information to reset password. The whole app should be ousted and removed. Then, replaced with an app that actually supports the client/participant.
Useless & Broken-Uninstalled
Can’t register it just spins and error. Then can’t login because it just spins and then error. The website is malfunction completely. They need to just true encoding away and start over. Even when not signed on the find a provider doesn’t even work properly, I choose 1 of 2 plans in my state in which one is Medicaid, I can’t even filter the 300 results because the button just starts you over. I then type in a name for a pcp that verified on their practice site they take this plan specifically & Medicaid. Why does this app say that this doctor “doesn’t accept Medicaid” when even the amerihealth website also confirms they do. Immediately uninstalled within 10min.

Getting help is like pulling teeth.
“I need help with ‘this’” “Okay sir, call this number instead.”

Might as well be generic
There’s almost no information available and it’s not easy to navigate
Useless, horrible app
Good luck trying to look up a specialist when you can’t sort by specialty (and all the specialties are lumped together). There are 489 pages via the app on my phone and EVERY time you click on a specialist to get their details, when you page back you are returned to page 1!
