Scam scam scam!!! Stay away!!!
They have been holding my company’s 19,000 dollars hostage for a second month in a row in endless KYC verification. There is an investigation going on against this application. They are not located in the United States the developer lives in Honk Kong and the company support is AI generated generic response. The updates they do to this application does nothing. They do it so the app does not get deleted from the store and they keep scamming people. Apple will not remove them because they do not care until this goes public and makes apple look bad until then apps like these continue to create honey pot scams. If you have 300 dollars or more stay away as they will gain your trust then lock your account in endless KYC verifications.

Funds locked from withdrawing
Still haven’t gotten verified and I still can’t get my crypto out of this wallet, never b for have I had problems with taking crypto out till it was a larger amount, what a joke.
Update so I got an email saying to send my verification, I did and now slowly my crypto is being taken out of my btc wallet, more and more looking to b a scam but I still filed a report with the FBI about it so we will see who’s real and who’s not!

Slow withdrawal
I would like to share some feedback regarding your withdrawal process. The delay in processing BTC withdrawals really needs to improve. Waiting up to six hours for a transaction to be sent is extremely frustrating, especially when I need to make a time-sensitive payment.
These long delays can also be embarrassing when I’m relying on a fast transaction. I hope you can optimize the withdrawal process to make it quicker and more reliable for your users.

Withdrawal usually takes several hours. In some cases, when a blockchain is overloaded, it may take longer. Withdrawal time depends on many factors and is not dependent on us.
So far, not so good! Maybe?
About a month ago, we had a power surge and a great big storm here where I live. Everything was shut off. My phone was scrambled. I’ve been trying ever since to access my NCWallet from CT Pool as well as individually. I cannot get past my pin number. They set up for me and I cannot find where I had it saved. They keep asking me five questions, number one when did I open the account if someone can tell me where I find that information that would be very beneficial. Another question they ask is how much money do I have in my NCWallet account or how much have I added from CT Pool, and what device am I using? The device is the easy part the amount I could not tell them because I make a deposit every day from CT Pool to my NCWallet it’s still allows me to do that, of course it will allow me to do that. Take my money.

Beware your transactions will be pending for hours sometimes days! No customer support
I could not count the times that I have made a transaction for a withdrawal and the transaction does not get broadcasted to the Blockchain. There is no transaction ID number for the pending transaction that gets stuck. Customer support always uses the excuse the Blockchain is overloaded and they have no control over the pending transactions. If this was the case there would still be a TXID number associated with the transaction. It should not take 14 hours for a doge or litecoin withdrawal to be broadcasted to the Blockchain and issued a txid hash. This app was really good when it was first released no bugs in the software. But after months of the same issue and customer sport always blaming the Blockchain I’m beginning to believe the developers are intentionally holding these transactions in limbo for reasons I don’t understand. I would definitely not recommend using this especially if you want to make crypto payments in a timely manner. There’s nothing worse than sending a payment to a invoice that expires after 15 minutes and your payment finally processes hours sometimes 24 hours plus later.

HAVENT received my transfer of $1000
I made a transfer of $1000 and it just says pending . I contacted support and they never sent me a email . … did not give me a txid or anything it just says pending. Also the mining site is yet to send me the $300 they owe me

Zero fees = zero funds
This wallet is trash. Yea it’s that u will pay no fees for your transactions, but it takes over 6 hours to send any kind of crypto to another recipient. They provide no hash id or anything so u cant track your transaction. When u finally figure out hot to view it, it’s hard to read. And then u notice it says completed on the Blockchain but yet still pending on the nc wallet. I’d rather pay fees for prompt service than nothing for nothing.

It’s been over two weeks now I put my crypto in there when I wanted to take it out it was pending for days, when they eventually returned it they didnt let me withdraw for over 2 weeks now I submitted every document they asked for but I’ve been under review ever since , it doesn’t take that long to review a few documents!

They will lock your funds or keep your withdrawal on “Pending” forever. once you try to take out more than 5,000 USD worth of crypto, it’s all over. They keep it. Can’t believe the authorities haven’t shut this scam down yet…

I’m not sure what they are updating but, it isn’t the functionality of the NC Wallet. Do not use unless you like inconsistent processes, this App requires multiple other Apps to facilitate a withdrawal, it is doubtful that this company can even execute withdrawals from any of their “mining” Apps. The only thing being mined, is consumers as the fundamentals of blockchain technology are not part of how they operate. They also are completely unaware of how outdated their 2FA process based on recent updates made by Apple. This company needs to be investigated by international authorities as it is simply scam after scam.
