NCL Digital Cheetah App is Awesome!
I have been a member of NCL for five years, and we have used this app extensively during those five years and are amazed with all the helpful tools that it provides for us to communicate. It is also a tremendous help in tracking events and functions that we either host or volunteer with. The data collection capabilities, and that you can work from Excel or PDFs is fabulous!

I loved the NCL app because it is a good way to see what is going on!!! The only negative is because sometimes I can’t find something that I want to find.
Hours Concern
The only concern with the app. is that at times there is a delayed response when enter hours or trying to open it. I have had it pause, freeze and can’t go back to primary page. Nor can I get it to respond. I then have to close it and come back to it all together. I’ve also entered hours twice because it will not accept hours enter and will show up days later as having enter hours multiple times. However it’s nice to have and fill in hours when completing volunteer hours at locations where events take place.

Easy to Use
This app is really easy to use. The graphical user interface is well-designed and makes sense. Great app for its purpose.

Pretty easy to navigate. I enjoy seeing some pictures too. I would like a little easier access to month-at-a-glance calendar for signing up for events directly in the app instead of using the link to the web calendar.

I think the concept is good but it takes forever to access from your phone.

Such a great app that is so easy to use!! Love it so much and would recommend it to everyone who is joining the NCL program!
Requirements tracker
It would be nice to see progress to certain requirements (hours of philanthropy vs achieved, patroness meeting hours vs required, etc)
