As good as the App is in many respects, it's bad and just cobbled together incoherently in as many others. Often counter intuitive and little thought put into it.

Poor functionality and UIX
This app lacks simple things like a way to send a proof of payment to a recipient after a payment has been made.
The transactions are not searchable by payee name.
It is not possible to find a payee and see your payment history with that payee.
The app is clunky and slow and lacking in usability.

I cannot purchase lotto or powerball tickets on the private wealth app but you can on the normal money app?
A mess
Your Card and IT people do not know what they are doing. I now have constant problems with payments EXPRESSLY areanged beforehand being declined, (still waiting for an explanation 2 months on) tap and pay cards refused because the wrong pin was allegedly entered when NO PIN AT ALL had been entered,fingerprint ID cannot be re-instated ( can fingerprints ever change ?) because the poor personal banker is fed incorrect instrutions. Get some competent IT people.

Transfers
One needs to be able to annotate references against internal transfers between accounts. Example: transfer to credit card or out of a home loan only shows where the money is going to or from and does not allow for specific references. Other than this, the app is accurate, simplistic and a pleasure to use.
