App is shutting down all the time, closing when you open an item. My phone is getting really hot because of its app, screen becomes dark because of high temperature. This app is resource burner

The app is beyond frustrating. It constantly crashes. It doesn’t allow you to preview items or swipe to see multiple angles of the same product. I’m surprised for such a prestigious Department store it’s so behind on technology.

Shopping at Neiman Marcus
I don’t get to shop at NM as often as I would like to, but when I do, I love everything! The customer service has been on par with Nordstrom’s and that is saying a lot because their customer service is spectacular! Last year I bought a coat and a beautiful sweater there and some Christmas gifts. It’s one of my favorite places to shop. Everyone there was professional and friendly.

I have loved NM my entire life; ive not always been able to shop there much but it has the best customer service no matter your budget; I love my San Antonio TX store! I know many of them by name and it feels very welcoming

The website crashes a lot, when looking through items one often loses the continuity of the search and everything disappears. Overall not user friendly!

Great Presentation and Efficacy
I really like the way products are presented, as well as the ease of use of the website. There is a great variety of merchandise, and things are often presented from multiple angles in the pictures. I only wish, however, that the descriptions were a little longer and more thorough. For example, the exact composition of fabrics and a better description of fit, such as the width of shoes. Overall, I really enjoy the site and the App.
