Used to be good
I don’t know why they’re piling extra fees ontop of the 15% and the 6.625% . Their descriptions suck they miss sizes and sometimes put new or untested when it is infact used or broken. I just think if they’re going to charge fees for returns and change of minds they should atleast use better descriptions. Also if I’m spending more than $1k why aren’t my $12 cancellation fees waived genuinely why should my account still be in poor standing if I’m already giving them about $300 dollars extra in fees ridiculous!

App sucks
Tried to make an appointment and couldn’t schedule a time and went with whatever the app gave me only to find out they close at 5:00. Who closes that early when people have to work. This app needs another update. It will not provide additional times for appointments. You have to go online
Everything has a size, stop being lazy
Title says it all. You’ll have less returns and higher bids if you spent 3 more seconds putting the size. Shoes - size, clothes- size, dog stuff - size, hell, take a picture of the size
Password
Forcing me to change my password when I know the password and I don’t need to change it. Just won’t use the app instead until they change this policy.
Location filter reset
Overall, this is a great app, but since the last update, every time you do a new search, you have to re-add your city filter.
Saved search button please
Please add saved searches to the app!! It sucks having to jump back and forth between the app and a webpage on my phone!

Great app but unusable at times
Great app and prices but sometimes that quality of the app itself causes issues. Right now I can’t sign in because it wants me to confirm my email but won’t send the confirmation email until my personal information is filled out, but the tab to verify my email won’t go away. So I’m stuck in a paradox. I can’t verify my email until my personal info is filled, however I can’t fill in my information unless I verify my email.

Hit and miss
For the most part everything is great, great customer service overall when picking up your items, very organized.
What’s very annoying when your betting on the last 23 seconds or 1 hour let’s say they extend the time betting time for another hour. Mind you it was listed since the morning. come on. I want to know if I won so I can go to the next items 😬

Easy
The only thing is: I don’t have nothing on my auction and still I’m receiving notifications about saying I have 2 minutes, I go to check and I don’t have nothing and then the rest everything is easy.
Not user friendly
They need to fix they way things are categorized! If you type in something like bathroom cabinets or vanities you get everything from a bra to light fixtures under cabinet racks and mats, also spice racks! NONE of that is anything near what you are looking for!! Make it better Nellis!

Today Nellis auction has lost a customer. I have been purchasing things for a long time and there seems to be a consistent theme. BROKEN ITEMS AND MISSING PARTS. For what I’m paying and the surcharge they charge, I should be able to get what I want. They have given away my orders. Taken my money and refused to give it back. I will never order from Nellis again!!!.

Waste of Time
Avoid items that require assembly. Even if it doesn’t list that there would be multiple boxes, even if it says “no missing parts”, keep in mind that it very likely does have missing or damaged parts. You can get your refund, sure, but the time you’ll waste on figuring it out, and going through the hassle of returning it is excessive. Even the kids that scan you in or bring the stuff out joke about how frequently they deal with that and have to process returns because of inaccurate descriptions. Don’t waste your time, Temu would be a better use of time..

TERRIBLE
Nellis WAS good, but I received a notice today that my rate for returns was higher than average. I challenged Nellis Auction to show me specifically items that I shouldn’t have returned due to poor descriptions or because the items were damaged. Eg. shorts that were completely torn on the backside and not repairable, shirts that were the wrong described size or color, etc. Talk about messed up. Bad way to do business. Get something wrong and then blame the customer for your mistake!

The app is easy to use and pick up at their location is easy. Returns are also easy if needed. So far have been happy with app and service.
Auctions are down by machine
I placed a bid on items automatically I was out bid by sometime user . Surprisingly timeline shown of other user is wrong . I suspect it’s for my machines not humans . I don’t like the way it works
