NeoSetup wifi not found

I installed the splitter and tried to install the App. However, when in the WiFi pairing mode, my iPhone can not find the NeoSetup hotspot. So, it is basically not working… I have to schedule and check the charging status from the car app. Hope it can be improved. By the way, if possible, can you add a reset button somewhere so that we don’t need to pull off the splitter or switch on/off the breaker to debug the problem?

Wrong installation guidance (or no guidance)

What a smart idea(!) it is not to give any guidance on to take a picture of the barcode before installing! It took me 40 min to install to a hard-to-reach location but I need to deinstall the device, take the picture of the barcode and install it back and then reach it thru the app. Congrats NeoCharge!

Ok app.

App appears slow to update data.
It would be great to be able to set a schedule on ports.

So much potential

It does to appear to show Wi-Fi stats correctly. Showing offline while it is connected.
Really wish it has scheduling feature to turn on off certain outlet at certain time.

Terrible App

I will update this review if I am contacted and the problem is solved. This app does not want to connect and is unable to work with the other app we are instructed to download. $299 for a splitter with no functional connectivity is terrible.
