NeoSetup wifi not found
Wrong installation guidance (or no guidance)
Ok app.
It would be great to be able to set a schedule on ports.
So much potential
Really wish it has scheduling feature to turn on off certain outlet at certain time.
Terrible App
Server error while setting up
Improvement needed
- the graphs on the iPhone 14 pro are off and display incorrectly on the left side. This is on the front page and the history pages.
- WiFi seems to only connect to 2.4g I have a Wi-Fi device right next to the unit who’s is supposed to connect to either 5g or 2.4 and it would not connect therefore I have to us the WiFi from my house.
I will update my review once the improvements are made.
AMAZING APP- saved me money and time
You have to download a Chinese app to use it.
App only works if your unit’s FW is v1900 or higher ???
This app completed set up yet no usage info shows up except the port connected device; EV, Water Heater Pump
As a work around I was given a guide to work with ESP BLE 3rd party app but it cannot even find my unit on Bluetooth search.

Not recording power used
Response from developer
Hey there, could you please reach out to our support team so we can find out why the power is not available for your SmartSplitter?
Over promises and underdelivers
Response from developer
Hey there, unfortunately we realized late into development of the SmartSplitter that simple on/off control for scheduling is not a great solution since the EV interprets that as power loss and may not automatically resume charging. We’re working on a new platform called NeoCharge Connect that uses the vehicle’s API to perform scheduling for the best experience possible. The beta program for this will be launching in July, so we hope to hear your feedback on the new platform.
Works well with SmartSplitter
SO HELPFUL - power tracking saving me $30/month
I did some research online and found that an efficient dryer will do a load at about 2kWh. Based on what the app was telling me, my dryer was running around 6.2kWh. I then looked up my utility rate and realized each time I ran the dryer it was costing me almost $3. I quickly went out and bought a newer dryer and now I’m saving over $30 per month on my dryer’s energy bill. New dryer is going to pay for itself in less than 2 years so I’m stoked.
