Needs a options to categorise
Absolutely love this app, have got my favourite programs. Is well priced for the amount of content. Just need an option to be able to categorise saved workouts so it’s easier to find regular routines.

Nice variety classes
I started using this app because it’s affordable and the variety of classes. My favorite program so far is Body by Bri. I love her workouts and how she explains the move before you starting doing the move. I was using this app during Covid and it did help me lose they weight. I did stop but now I’m back using the app ready to lose the weight I gained.

Love this app but slow to load
I love the variety of workouts however there are times even after restarting my iPhone that the app will just shutdown and I have the latest operating system. I happens maybe once a year! Very frustrating or else I would give this app 5 stars. Workout completion is also slow to update and the search function for classes takes a long time to load.

Paying NEOU member unable to access full videos
I was a NEOU member in the past and am about to cancel my membership again. I LOVE Joseph D workouts and unfortunately when I click on his Swag and Sweat workout it shows a 45 minute timeframe but when I click on it the workout cuts off at 3 minutes and prompts me to close the app. I have tried it on my tv using the NEOU app on my fire stick and using the app on my phone. Joseph D workouts are the only reason I pay for the app if this can’t be fixed I will cancel my membership.

Stanislav is awesome
I pretty much do One Fit work outs (except for yoga and stretching). I have made amazing progress and love his training style. IMO, the most complete and consistent trainer/coach on this app. Thanks again!
Subscription is difficult to cancel
Do not download unless you want a big hassle when you try to cancel.
iOS 17
This app has many problems with IOS 17. The app is crashing whenever I try to launch. It does not opens up also.
The worst
The app crashes after signing in, and I tried on 4 devices. Then when I try to cancel the trial on their website there is no way to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP OR DOWN LOAD THIS APP. There should be a zero star rating.
Something for everyone
Great variety of trainers and workouts. You never run out of workouts - always adding new ones. I love that you can filter workouts by type and duration. I also love that they have a channel on Roku so I can use my TV. I’ve nothing negative to say.

Amazing
I have loved this app so much. It has been life changing for me! I have had gym memberships and struggle to find time to make it there. I am able to workout at my own pace and schedule. I never expected to love the Pilates so much. Amanda Blauer classes are a MUST TRY!!

Just tried this for the first time after 4 months of having my baby and although it was tough I felt it work . I will be doing it again ! Thanks

I like apps and programs because it keeps me accountable but I can honestly say I don’t even think I will use the full free 30 days for this.
These are not complete workouts as there are no warm ups or cool downs which your muscles need. The instructors (from what I’ve seen) don’t explain why you’re doing something, no comment on form, no explanation of what you are doing before they move onto the next movement. It just seems sloppy.
As for the AppleTV app…UNUSABLE!!! The remote never seems to be able to get to start program or to go back. To use this on my tv, I have to open the app on my iPad and then mirror to the tv which drains the battery of the iPad.

Brilliant Fitness Class App
I started using this App during 2021 and it is so good I have cancelled my gym membership. No more do I have to fit my life around set class times or class booking systems which are always full. There is a great range of classes for all abilities. There are specific programmes or you can try different classes to suit your needs. I would definitely recommend this App for at home use and I have also used this when away on holiday. Great value

So many technical issues to even to be able to get to my profile to cancel it. Do yourself a favor and find an app who care about taking care of technical issues.

NEOU is the best. This is the first app that has motivated me enough to stick to working out. The instructors are awesome and lots of variety.
My favorite workout app - easy, accessible, engaging!
From a development / design perspective, I haven’t seen an app this user friendly in a loooong time. It’s extremely easy to navigate and most importantly, I love the workouts and teachers (Elissa’s my personal fav). Whether it’s a quick morning stretch, a mental pick me up, a 30 min cardio boost or a delicious yoga flow to wind down - there’s something for any mood I’m in, and hundreds of options depending on my time constraints as well. Thanks neou for making working out so accessible for me! Ps - I’m obsessed with the backdrop colors in the studio - they brighten my days!!
