I found it by chance in the app store.
I can type in roman and find the nepali word.
I use it almost every day to learn exact meaning of nepali word although i am a nepali myself.
Whenever someone speak a nepali word which is not familiar to me i look it up in this शब्दकोश and find the exact meaning.

New Update’s Adds Ruin This App
I have used this app extensively for two years. I have loved it, but the new update (yesterday’s update) has ruined my user experience. Video adds keep playing while I am trying to work. This disturbs my work flow and the non-video adds take up 80% of the screen which is also distracting.
Please give me an option to pay to remove adds. I will happily buy this app because it is a valuable and well designed resource. But I cannot continue using it if my every other word search is going to be interrupted by an advertisement.
If there is a way to remove the adds I will happily change my review to 5 stars.
