Doesn’t connect
Keeps telling me the password is wrong after checking it multiple times. I’ve changed the GHz. You buy a £650 Nespresso machine and the simplest things just don’t work.
Worst app ever
The app says I have an account when I went to create one so I tried logging in nothing I tried resetting my password just says oops there was an error. Absolutely terrible I could build a way better app

Machine won’t connect
Machine won’t connect. Never had any issues with old app. Waste of time trying. Was told to buy a later model machine, total money grab.

Unfortunately my app won’t work. Every time I open it, it says “oops, something happened. Try again.” Tried like 10 more times. Super frustrating because this was a birthday gift to me and I’d like to actually be able to use it.
Machine connection
Very bad app. I followed all instructions but despite several tries, the app just would not connect to my machine. Useless! I realized that the app does not connect because I have an older Vertuo machine. The app/Nespresso recommends upgrading my machine, which means they are trying to force me to buy a new one. Shameful sales tactic!

Epic fail
My Barista frother worked fine with the previous app. Now it does not connect and I can’t change the recipes. The frother works fine but is no longer an iPhone connectable appliance. The epitome of the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”

i've had this for a few months, i love the variety and easy use of the machine itself. the app on the other hand, not so much. constantly logging me off, unable to connect to my machine. has problems troubleshooting my descaling and cleaning cycles. i am not sure if its the model i have but i really don't want to switch. i love my machine...

Almost Useless
App has difficulty connecting with the machine and when the app when it gives notification of a problem it does not tell you what the problem is. Useless!!
Absolute Joke
It’s way too hard to use, it doesn’t work and is reliable. Why do I need an APP just to make coffee. Seems an update has happened lately and now my machine has disappeared and is not even an option on the App to connect again! Hope this machine dies soon, so I can justify buying anything else not Nespresso related.

Cannot get the app to work
The app will not even open. I open the app and immediately get a “oops something happened. Please try again message”.
I have deleted the app, removed my phone from WiFi, etc. not sure how else to get the app to work.

let’s you know about descaling, i wish it did more. an app for a coffee maker should include setting an alarm for your morning brew.
Not so smart
I don’t know why I have to add my machine every time I use this even though I’m logged into my account. I have to add it like it’s a new machine. Oh yeah, you have to use it while it’s brewing too. They should scrap this and start over
Difficult to get working
My new Vertuo Next came with very brief instructions and I downloaded the app from the page ‘Easy Connect’. Couldn’t connect by Bluetooth or WiFi and neither could Nespresso Help Assistant! She said I would receive email with instructions from one of their tech experts. Didn’t receive an email but after much persistence managed to link app to machine after software update on my new machine.

Why do I need 2 apps now?
I’m confused, why do I need 2 apps? One for ordering and one for machine management. Everyone is trying to consolidate and Nespresso though it would be good idea to split one. Why? Very inconvenient
Why change the app
This new app won’t let me pair my machine. Why create two separate apps for machine maintenance and purchasing. This is annoying and doesn’t work
Avoid
App now only states “Oops something happened. Please try again” when opened, so is now useless. Before this, it was already super limited & was poorly designed in terms of user friendliness and functionality. Nespresso clearly haven’t invested any effort into this.
needs improvement
alot can be done with this app especially when there is alot that can be done nowadays with the rise of tech and ai. This doesn't have to be something negative. If espresso is willing to listen to its customers improving the connectivity and adding some cool features.

Horrible App
App never works! Machine has trouble connecting to WiFi and the app always says connection failed even though I have the correct WiFi settings and nothing changed.
