Game-Changer for My Mindset
The NESTRE app has been a powerful tool in helping me clear my thoughts and feel mentally lighter. I didn’t realize how much noise I was carrying until I started training my brain consistently here. It’s not about pushing harder—it’s about rewiring how I think and respond.
After using the app regularly, I feel more focused, grounded, and honestly just more me. A better version of me. The science-backed approach makes a difference, and I’ve noticed real changes in how I handle stress and decision-making. Highly recommend for anyone looking to invest in their mental performance and well-being. 🧠✨

So insightful!!
This app created a direct line of sight to who I am mentally and how I function as a person. It’s spot on with detailed assessments and trainings. I listen to the mindset music while riding the peloton and had my highest output in over a year. Loving this brain training app!

Takes time and Consistency
Like any physical training, this app took time and consistency. I used the app roughly 3-4 times a week for like 5 months and really saw a difference in how I operated at work and at home. I found myself handling the stress of each day better and I was able to process changes better when it came to my work projects! I highly recommend, but you have to be committed to it.
