I have been banking with NET for many years. I find your staff are most helpful with all my banking needs. I recently did a consolidation loan and Jack could not have been more helpful with the process. I always recommend family and coworkers to bank with your bank.

My opinion about Net federal credit union the app is fine however the way they deal with a checking account on the other hand I do not like so I will be pulling my checking account from Net I’m in the process of doing that so I will not have my direct deposit coming to them anymore I’ve had a lot of issues with fees which I don’t agree with if the monies there and it’s just not available I don’t feel that you should get a fee however that’s the way you guys do business so I’ll just take my business elsewhere

Needs improvement
Honestly this app looks and feels great, I thought it was a great improvement to the older version. However, it won’t let me transfer from shared accounts and it put me in a really big pinch today. I should not being running into such issues, once this is fixed I do believe this update would get 5 stars from me.

It never works
Every time I try to log in I get a pop up error saying it can’t access it at this time. For the past THREE days I’ve gotten this error. The app is up to date as well as any phone updates. It’s nonsense.
