The app doesn’t have the option for to change the password

Had a terrible experience with the app, after payment was taken but not reflecting and as a result my WiFi was cut off. Took weeks to restore it back

Profile Updates
This App does not allow you to update personal information that is stored incorrectly. I recently picked up that incorrect information was captured by an agent and stored on my profile on the App. Upon realising that I cannot change it myself, I tried calling for assistance where I was told I would need to cancel the account and reapply for the error to be fixed. Please improve the App user experience.
