Pass on this one
I have become a fan of the Accounting CS software, but Thomson Reuters has dropped the ball on this app. It is rudimentary at best, no details, no item breakdowns, charts or graphs. The app is dull gray that makes it hard to read, too. Rather than offering this to my employees, I will continue with hard copy paystubs and texting digital copies.

Crashes
It once worked, it now just crashes over and over and over when attempting to sign in. There’s a bug that needs to be fixed.
App crashed constantly
This app crashes constantly. It used to be intermittently but now it crashes and closes without opening 100% of the time. I’m unable to use a single feature. I need it to see paystubs for my employment but haven’t been able to see one for months. If you’re an employer considering this app, choose another. Nothing but problems here

Can never log in
Great system under Citrix. Never had log in issues, now securenetlinksolutions always tell me that the app is already open. So hair pulling!
Unusable- PLEASE FIX THIS HORRIBLE APP!!!!!
Everytime you log in, it’s like it never registers it and takes you back to the log in screen. It’s a never ending loop, and I’m getting nowhere with it.

I’ve tried signing in for days now. Confirmed my email, got a code. It won’t open the app, nothing works.
Useless app
Can’t view paystubs. Can only look at your profile and edit W-2 info. Cannot get any information you actually need or want out of the app. Needs a lot of work to be something that’s convenient and easy to use. I’d much rather get a paper paystubs or emailed version that I can actually see.
Broken Again!!!
Consistently broken! Website login works fine on desktop. Try here on app and get message unable to login. I was using TR account with OTP code. It then tried to do Face ID and then proceeds to fail. This used to work.
The worst paystub app
I have used quite a few paystub apps and this is hands down the absolute worst. Every two weeks it is a different issue and getting any help is practically impossible. The company that uses it says that they have no access to help and when you can get ahold of somebody with Thomas, they are less than helpful.

Signing in
Its not bad for an app to sign out but when this app does the whole thing doesn't allow face id it makes you type the password every time it's annoying

Frequent login issues
Every time there is a update. I cant login. When I request a email password reset I don't receive the email. I have emailed support the y send me a unlock account email. It all just starts over I never receive the email to reset my account. Its just one big circle.

Nonfunctional
Not been able to access in over a month. No reply effort from them when I send them an email.

Click on the file folder… app fails. Good for nothing.
Cannot login
Cannot even login to my account to view my pay stubs unless I enter a code sent to my sent to me first through a separate “authenticator” app which I do have but the code never comes??? Makes no sense.
ReCaptcha every time rediculous
Other banking apps have things together! you should be able to login and have the system recognize the device is one you have logged in from before. Painful for all my employees! Especially when time to change password! Horrible user experience for password reset. I tell all employees to use web version when resetting pass because it’s so bad. Please fix!!!

Horrible app
So difficult to just get into or set up an account then you can’t find out how to insert documents. So many “errors” it’s taken years off my life! I still have zero documents in it. How can it be so hard?
Worst app ever!
Slowest to load constantly erroring out this is the biggest piece of junk I have ever used! I’m so glad I quit the job that’s cheap enough to use such a hunk of junk!
