This app has stopped working completely, to be able to see your cameras you need to download the birdfy app instead with the same log in details you had for netvue. I’ve tried contacting netvue but has no response at all

Unexpected disruption
We used the Netvue camera for about a year with no issues. However we suddenly encountered unexpected disruptions in mid-June 2026. We contacted their support team and mentioned that their cloud server encountered unexpected outage issues. Unfortunately as a family with an 1 year old and due to the layout of our house we heavily rely on the camera functionality and unfortunately we have been let down completely. I would not recommend

Die App ist kaputt. Login funktioniert nicht. Registrierung auch nicht. Da kommen Fehler, dass ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten ist oder man hätte kein Internet usw. Wenn die App nicht funktioniert, ist das entsprechende Gerät auch nutzlos.
Gone down hill
Have had the older indoor models for a few years and today they just stopped connecting to the network. Tried to delete and re download the apps and still not working saying network or internet issue. I have no other issue with anything else in my house that uses my internet. Shame I now need to replace them. What happened?!

Disconnects frequently with “device is offline”
I keep the screen up on my phone continuously at night and it will disconnect in the middle of the night and the screen will go black that while I’m sleeping. I would have to manually refresh my screen for it to come back up to hear or see anything. It does this frequently even before I go to bed and we just installed 3 brand new wifi routers with Verizon so that is definitely not the issue. I was using the white Netvue App before now with the new wifi routers it made me download the blue Netvue ‘Next’ App… I never had this issue with the first Netvue App. So I’m pretty bummed. Also, this was working fine during nap time (still with it disconnecting) and now at night it’s saying it’s offline I can’t get it up at all.

This camera is nice..when it wants to stay connected to the wifi.

Really easy to navigate and do what you need to do. Works extremely well.

Great Camera!!I am a overbearing mom I have had this camera since my 1st set of twins I know have a 2nd set and this camera has allowed me to watch my kids while they are sleep in case my children wakeup in the middle of the night and need water,to use the bathroom or need me to come in and pick them up to hold them!!!Will be purchasing another one.

Galère pour l’installation, mauvaise restitution d’images, la caméra pivote trop vite
Stability
Camera seems to work only 50% of the time definitely don’t use the baby monitor camera the screen for the monitor definitely seems very cheap and broke within the first 2 weeks of using wouldn’t really recommend to my mothers and fathers out there.
