The application lacks clear information regarding the tests included in the package. Entire approach is ambiguous and non transparent.

Unable to select the city
Download the app and try to start the app. I selected the Location as India, it shows automatically states of India, when I selected Karnataka it is not listing list of city in Karnataka automatically. I couldn’t proceed further. Please fix the bug and let me know.
Worst diagnostic
They never give reports on time.. for normal blood test they take time for 7 working days. Pathetic.

First they collect the sample and after following up for 3 weeks they tell that we need to take sample again So irresponsible I will never recommended anyone to use this platform ever.

App suddenly kicked me out and not letting me login again. I’m stuck in a page where I wait for otp and it comes but the screen doesn’t move further from phone number page

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Unreliable and Unprofessional
Our experience with Neuberg’s customer service was extremely disappointing. We were passed from one executive to another with no clarity or coordination. The most frustrating part was dealing with an executive named Hemil, who assured us he would call back in 10 minutes — we waited, but there was no call. When we followed up again, he said “just give me 5 minutes” — and once again, we were ignored.
Not only was the follow-up lacking, but every representative we spoke to had a different version of the pricing, which left us completely confused. No one seemed to have accurate or updated information, and they kept putting us on hold instead of offering any real help.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company in the healthcare sector where clarity, support, and trust matter most. Neuberg really needs to work on training their staff and improving internal communication. A very frustrating experience overall.

I encountered one of the worst services from Neuberg, I did not receive my reports the same day, had to follow up atleast 30-40 times the next day to get it post noon. Very disappointing!!This is after the payment was done when the samples was taken..
Totally buggy app
Hardly any coordination between app and back end. Had horrible experience today after booking on app. Technician arrived an hour and quarter late, no msgs, no updates. Payment made on app but did not register, took five calls and one email to rectify. Incomplete reports, just a disaster today.

Great app. Quick and easy booking of the test.
Worst service
Very very worst service from booking team and lab technicians. We booked home sample appointment at 7 till 11 am no response. After that they said we will arrange for next day without knowing patient critical condition.

Asks to add new address. Can not add it, because city is marked as required field, but the field is not editable. So you are stuck and couldn’t order a test. Not sure how anybody uses this app and give it such a high rating when basic functionality does not work
OTP never works
I tried logging in, it asks for OTP, which never comes.
Tried this a month ago and tried again today, thinking it might be a temporary problem or a network issue.
But looks like a permanent problem.

I am unable to login to the app after I enter my phone number, it goes into please wait mode and then prints an error and prompts to login again.
