Logout issue
In a single day or within an hour, it keeps asking me to login again and again even when I’m right in front of the Dr to show blood reports

Very basic things are off!!
Basic things like date selection irritate you, during date selection when you haven’t reached the month yet, if you choose the future date, it annoyingly resets without error message to the user!

Bad app experience, slow admin
The app experience is very bad. Buttons don’t click, unnecessary error keeps coming, very slow app, changing profiles is neither intuitive nor easy.
From hospital perspective the admin staff is very slow and irresponsible. Doesn’t know what to do exactly if 2-3 patients come together.
The two stars are for good quality doctors.

Must be removed by iOS
Don’t know how this app went live. Tried 10 times to login with their OTP but it didn’t work. By the time Otp comes on WA, the login screen expired and go back to login. This cycle continues endlessly.
Sparsh hospital is a waste for corporates to tie up.
Even the health checkup experience at this Yelehanka branch is a nightmare.

Issues with getting OTP
The app is good, easy to book appointment, see prescriptions, etc. The users are logged if inactive. In recent past, I am not receiving OTP to login making the app not usable anymore.
