Logout issue
In a single day or within an hour, it keeps asking me to login again and again even when I’m right in front of the Dr to show blood reports

Basic things like date selection irritate you, during date selection when you haven’t reached the month yet, if you choose the future date, it annoyingly resets without error message to the user!

Bad app experience, slow admin
The app experience is very bad. Buttons don’t click, unnecessary error keeps coming, very slow app, changing profiles is neither intuitive nor easy.
From hospital perspective the admin staff is very slow and irresponsible. Doesn’t know what to do exactly if 2-3 patients come together.
The two stars are for good quality doctors.

Must be removed by iOS
Don’t know how this app went live. Tried 10 times to login with their OTP but it didn’t work. By the time Otp comes on WA, the login screen expired and go back to login. This cycle continues endlessly.
Sparsh hospital is a waste for corporates to tie up.
Even the health checkup experience at this Yelehanka branch is a nightmare.

Issues with getting OTP
The app is good, easy to book appointment, see prescriptions, etc. The users are logged if inactive. In recent past, I am not receiving OTP to login making the app not usable anymore.

The app is horrible
The app logs out automatically in 5 minutes. To log in, you need to enter your phone number and OTP - which never arrives. The app stops working when it's needed the most. Interestingly, when you're at the hospital, they insist you install and use the app.
Logs you out every day and wont send OTP again
Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. The hospital keeps telling you to access all reports through it, but you never get the OTP. And if you somehow get it and log in, it logs you out within the next day.
I don’t know how this app was even approved by the Apple team to the app store.

Every single time login is needed. This is extremely bad experience. Just fix it. Very very irritating. In fact scheduling appointment becomes very hard because of this reason

if a person is in pain he has to scan the code then download the app. reception cant do anything? even for a 4 year kid also we need to add.
Review for mobile.
The system is very disconnected when we book through the mobile application. Recently, I scheduled virtual consultations but did not receive any call. When I contacted customer care, they had no information about my appointment even after I provided the details.

Login and Registration Issues on iOS. Phone Number Login, UHID Login, and Salutation/Country Select
iOS users are facing issues while logging in. When attempting to log in using a phone number, the app shows only a loading screen without progressing further. Additionally, logging in using UHID is also not working.
The new registration process is not user-friendly. In the salutation field, no options are available to select, and for the country field as well, options are missing. This is impacting most iOS users and needs immediate attention.
