Don’t work no refund

Hopped on two today and still had walk 20km there and back, leaches

Perfect

Couldn’t be happier

Outdated

We spent 90 mins following the app as it guided us to scooter locations. But no scooters available. They must have pulled out of the city and not provided notice on their app.

Awesome deals!

Finally!! Pricing that’s fair and reasonable!!! Love it!.. and there’s always more scooters than lime and the helmets actually fit too!

Helmet not detected

Good but wouldn’t detect helmet

No group ride

I love these scooters but I hate the beeping when they are moving. Also there is no option for a group ride on the app. I had to make a new account and when I would Google how to do a group ride they would all give me outdated responses. Please fix immediately cause this was such a hassle.

Not good in Saskatoon

Scooters are sparse, have to walk a few blocks. When you find one , it probably won’t work. Uber or Lyft is cheaper than riding.

Not bad

Could be faster but other than that it great!

Price too high

Too expensive

Terrible service

Worst service ever, they will scam you and continue to renew your pass without any prompts or confirmation. Scam company. Do not ever give these scammers your information

Overpriced, slow and terrible quality

Will not be surprised if taking away the $14 weekly subscription eliminates 1/4 of your customers as that’s the only reason I, and everyone I know used neuron, scooters have terrible quality, breaks hardly work and are crazy slow

Terrible experience

They r so scammy, it kept glitching and saying that i wasnt in a parking space when i tried to end my ride, i made sure i definitely was.

Fun

So fun so easy

Terrible and broken service.

Ruined my day with my daughter. Constant app failures. Unreliable service. Should not be allowed to have monopolies in cities.

It’s data theft!

Over charges expected!

Don’t use!

Bait and switch tactics to a similar brands app and it’s the same company.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Loved the trip but helmet clip couldnt be slotted back in the helmet return due to it being broken.

Too much for my chinese guy

One dollar a minute

Missing Helmet

There was no helmet when I started the ride, I hope I dont incur a replacement fee

It’s fine

Once you’re in and set up, it’s good. But both times I’ve used it I’ve had to spend 10-20 extra minutes ending my ride over and over. Often requires help from an agent. Meaning I’m charged for more time than I was actually riding. I wish it wasn’t as expensive.
The scooters work well though and it’s a fun way to get around.

It was happy riding moment
