the app is very user-friendly and well done.
Frustrating app
They could make this app much more user-friendly instead of frustrating. Such as don’t sign users out! It don’t require an update, just suggest it.
No Consumer Testing
Really unfortunate, this product could be wonderful but clearly the company did zero work in the user interface/usability of their product. From little design flaws, such as the helmets size adjustment being inaccessible when actually wearing the helmet, to larger software issues, such as my account getting repeatedly reset and all of my custom programs lost, this product is a disappointment. The therapy treatment itself I’ve found helpful, which is the only reason this review doesn’t get one star, but if you are looking to start photobiomodulation therapy, I would look anywhere else first.

Unnecessarily complex
Most people will only have 1 helmet. This app should automatically connect to that helmet whenever it detects it. It doesn’t. Further, this app requires an account registration that provides no value to the helmet user and no actual value to Neuronic. But wait - there’s more! It requires an Internet connection when it should only use Bluetooth or NFC. Why would you ever was to control your helmet from across the country? Why would you ever want someone else to control your helmet from across the country? This is a security issue- which can have health consequences for medical devices like this. It does let you define your own programs for the helmet.

Love the new update with added Steps! This helmet is an integral part of our healing journey from long covid. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
