Great tool for regulating nervous system
I’m just using the programs that come with the app but I am very impressed. I will be recommending this to my clients with chronic fatigue and anxiety!
Good info but rough design
I really do appreciate the content…but since the aim is helping people calm their nervous systems, the format of the app seems counter-productive. The modules within modules is, for me, overwhelming rather than supportive. It’s hard to tell if you’re making progress in the app or getting lost in it.

Videos are awful and company feels like a scam.
Company is a scam and customer service is a joke. The videos are not "life changing new tools and resources", they're basic meditation practices. I asked for a refund and they ignored me until I got rude and are now refusing to refund me claiming they track my progress and I "haven't engaged enough". Their website right now advertises "30 day money back guarantee, no reason needed, no hassel". I was skeptical because it was so cheap but I guess I should have known to get what I pay for.

Bait and Switch
I paid the "one payment for life" portion and before I even opened it, there was a message that this would be ok for 30 days but to keep it active and working, I would need to purchase a monthly subscription. I can't even bring myself to open the app I paid for because this was so duplicitous. Do better.
