The only thing worse than the app is the actual service of NYL.
App (and website) don't show transaction history. Don't offer option to request a policy loan.

I can no longer login to the app on my iPhone but login info works in Safari so it’s 100% app issue. Please fix it.

This is not a real app. It just a pdf file with a few clickable links. You make a payment and there is no transaction history. You have to call them to verify that the payment was received. They say you will get a call back! Nothing! I appreciate the old school way of doing things. You want us to talk to you. But goodness gracious, can we see how our funds are performing. A graph would help . Can we please, at the very least see our transaction history. Oh I get it. This app was just for you receive money. This is not for your clients. Did you fire your programmer and he left with the login credentials.
