App does not work for the visually impaired
While your app works fine for most users, it does not work for the visually impaired. Have you even tested your app thoroughly? It seems that you have not.
On the iPhone, if you go to Settings - Display & Brightness - Display Zoom, if you have this set to "Larger Text", the QR Code does not display properly. It only works when the Display Text is set to Default. Visually impaired persons would never use the default setting and probably don't have the visual capability to change the setting even if they temporarily change it to Default. A passenger should not be expected to do this.
The drivers are rude to those with a large QR code and refuse to allow passengers to board the bus or make them pay cash, even though they have a valid ticket.
This is not the passenger's fault. This is the app developer's oversight for not thoroughly testing all possible settings, including those for the visual impaired.
This occurred the last two times 8 traveled back and forth to Newark Airport for more than one individual trying to board the bus.
This particular time, the driver said the passenger needed to make the QR Code smaller. However there is no way to zoom out,
The developer should fix this so the QR code is the same size regardless of how an iPhone user has this setting configured.

App hasn’t been updated in over a year.
This used to work, but after iOS 13, bus tracking no longer works.
