Useless app
I am from out of state, taking a Greyhound bus to NYPA. From there a Suburban Transit (Coach USA), bus to my destination. Again, the application is useless.
Horrible management
They are being canceling trips so often lately and the worst part is that they don’t even bother to let us know trough the app so we don’t have to be waiting so much for them to show up. Plus that add the bad behavior the drivers have, always arguing with the costumers over nothing and also with other cars. I’m always 15 to 20 minutes before the bus time schedule so that’s not the problem at all!

Fake app that wasn’t designed to work
This appears to be a decoy app and not for buying tickets. Myself and a friend have both tried every possible credit card, address, WiFi vs cellular, etc on multiple occasions and never been able to get a single ticket from this piece of junk. I think it’s a decoy so people will not go to the window and then miss their bus when the app doesn’t work, because coach usa hates you.

Poor app
Unable to buy tickets. Unable to save credit card information. Automatically log you out from time to time and you will need to remember your password as there is no way to have the login credentials remembered on the phone. Very poor app.
App bites
This app is primitive. Used to work ok for four years, they have done something wrong to it and it no longer saves credit cards. Barely credible as an offering in any App Store.
