Crucial information missing
The airport bus stop moved locations I spent an hour+ scouring the app BEFORE arriving at the airport to see if pickup location was the same. (The website used to have directions to the bus stop, but I was already away on vacation and only had my phone. I also tried the website from my phone with no luck finding the info.) The new location is 15 minutes away from the old. So even though I arrived at the (previous) bus stop early, I missed the bus. The only place the information was well posted was at the NEW stop. I ended up spending 2 hours at the airport waiting for a bus.

App doesn’t work
When you click on any button in the app it just says “Error Loading Page”. Also app doesn’t track bus arrival times, nor does their website (the website is broken). This is a problem because buses are regularly 15+ minutes late, and it’s no fun waiting in the cold for them.
