Get an app or website that works
Have tried multiple times to order thru the website with no luck. Says they are too busy. I drive up there and there are only a few people in the store. I decided to download the app. Same freaking thing. Tells me they are too busy to take the order. Total BS. I’m done with Newk’s. McAllisters is right down the road and I’ve never had an issue ordering.

Great PRICEY Food
Food is always good but sheesh it’s $50 for my husband and I to eat deli style.
Yum!
Always amazing
App issues
The app was giving me issues as I was trying to enter my phone number and email and it kept saying they already had the info so I had to change it to another person‘s email and phone number to get my order to send through

Newks Favorite Customer
I love their pepperoni pizza with the little flakes on it. I eat it twice a week and firmly believe it’s the best pizza around. I love you Newks pizza 💙
The best
Simply the best option for high quality, quick service and reasonable pricing!
Every dish we have ordered has been delicious, from the regular Caesar salad to the French onion dip sandwich. We never order Newk’s without a slice of Strawberry Cake to top it all off.

Service bad
Went to Newks n Frisco and even though there was a line at register, employee left to fill orders without telling anyone!
Can’t modify sandwich
Can’t modify sandwich. Fix it
Changes!
Changed the menu again and the cost is so high now!!
Lags
Lags and had to redo order 4 times
Newks
Yummy stuff
Bring Back Shrimp/Avocado Salad
I went into the app to order my favorite shrimp and avocado salad & it’s gone:(
Points aren’t worth it
I’ve spent nearly $200 in the app and I still don’t have enough points to redeem even a brownie. If I spent that much money in any other food app I would’ve received like 3 free meals by now- to make things worse the one and only reward I have unlocked doesn’t even work for the Newk’s in my area. So even if I wanted to use them I cant
