I’ve spent nearly $200 in the app and I still don’t have enough points to redeem even a brownie. If I spent that much money in any other food app I would’ve received like 3 free meals by now- to make things worse the one and only reward I have unlocked doesn’t even work for the Newk’s in my area. Extremely clunky but functional
Pretty much all fast food apps are terrible and this one's not that much worse than most of them. But all I want to be able to do is walk into a restaurant, get a table number, and reorder what I had last time.
There's no easy way to do that. If you try to reorder, you can't do the table number thing. So you have to go find a table number and then put in every little detail into the order every single time.

Constant errors
The average 4.9 star reviews for this app HAVE to be fake. There is no way. There are bugs alllllll the time. Not able to place orders, always have to use the website even though they try to get you to use the app. The current issue has been going on for weeks now where the menu doesn’t pop up when you try to place an in app order. Please fix this.
