The app was giving me issues as I was trying to enter my phone number and email and it kept saying they already had the info so I had to change it to another person‘s email and phone number to get my order to send through

Every dish we have ordered has been delicious, from the regular Caesar salad to the French onion dip sandwich. We never order Newk’s without a slice of Strawberry Cake to top it all off.

Went to Newks n Frisco and even though there was a line at register, employee left to fill orders without telling anyone!

Points aren’t worth it
I’ve spent nearly $200 in the app and I still don’t have enough points to redeem even a brownie. If I spent that much money in any other food app I would’ve received like 3 free meals by now- to make things worse the one and only reward I have unlocked doesn’t even work for the Newk’s in my area. So even if I wanted to use them I cant

Even ran the most recent update and still can’t add my last receipt to get the points. Clicking contact us also does not respond. Try to bring up website and it launches the app. Help!! Last visit on 03/01/2026.

Extremely clunky but functional
Pretty much all fast food apps are terrible and this one's not that much worse than most of them. But all I want to be able to do is walk into a restaurant, get a table number, and reorder what I had last time.
There's no easy way to do that. If you try to reorder, you can't do the table number thing. So you have to go find a table number and then put in every little detail into the order every single time.
