What a pity apps like this covertly sign you up for a monthly subscription when you thought you had done a one time pitchase of a single course.

I purchased a course promoted for $1, believing it was a one-time payment. I later discovered that a $39/month subscription had been activated automatically after a short trial period.
The subscription terms were not sufficiently clear or prominent at the time of purchase, and I did not knowingly consent to a recurring charge. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted customer support and requested cancellation and a refund.
While the subscription was cancelled, the company refused to refund the amount charged, citing their non-refundable policy, despite the lack of informed consent.
I recommend being extremely cautious with promotional offers that include automatic subscriptions.

I found the platform on social media, advertised at a relatively low cost for a kids' development skill-set video. I signed up. Three days later, I saw a $39 charge on my credit card.
The worst part was cancelling the subscription. Question after question, step after step, and on top of that, I had to confirm my email just to unsubscribe. This is an educational platform — you need to be more careful and transparent in how you operate it.

Shady App
I paid for two programs that cost $1 USD each and then it automatically enrolled me into a monthly program and took me so many times to click through deceiving cancelation steps that try to trick you into not quitting the monthly fee. Also the two programs I bought weren’t helpful.

The app offered me a course for 1$ ! I got that specific course and the app , without my permission, subscribed me to a full access to the app with bilingual 39$ monthly! I cancelled it as soon as I noticed!

Please pay attention this is a 7 day trial for a dollar and will charge you asap. They email you but sandwich it in between two emails so you do not catch it. Stay away!!
Pulling tricks to click the wrong button for subscription
I clicked on an add on instagram and all of a sudden I was subscribed to pay 39 USD plus some courses. As soon as I noticed the charge I contacted them that this wasn't what I meant to do they refused to refund me. If you are trying to cancel you ll get so many different pages trying to trick you to stay and you click one wrong button and theres no way back. ITS A TRAP. DISGUSTING WAY TO TAKE PEOPLE's money. Very disappointed.

Saw the $1 course ad and bought it. Got hit with a surprise $39/month subscription I never agreed to. Cancellation required fighting through endless popups and clicks. Classic dark pattern. Had to dispute with my bank. Avoid this app.
Be careful of Tricky payment
I saw the advs in instagram and finally I would like to try US one dollar course. But once you download the app and start to pay for the US one dollar, after a week they automatically transfer me US$39 for one month full SUBSCRIPTION fee. That’s too tricky and unfair. You do not realize when you become their monthly member, you will keep paying every month. If you want to cancel, you cannot find any button in the app for cancel the subscription. They will tell in lines and ask you to send email. If you are not good enough in English or you afraid to deal with problem, you may not cancel the payment easily. From the beginning, you may want to be peaceful for joining them, but finally they let you stressful about the payment and subscription.

This app is hoping you forget about it and continue to pay even when you aren’t using. There is no alert of when subscription is renewing and they make it really hard to cancel with 2 confirmation emails. Its all AI which you can access free through chat gpt

I wish I read the reviews before signing up to this. Why are you making it harder to cancel subscriptions. You cannot cancel on the app, you have to email them and pray for a response! Buyer beware!

1. It’s an AI generated app.
2. Forget about canceling membership and the hurdle you need to go over to make it happen
3. You could find all the AI generated lesson they have on free or YouTube
4. Even after deleting your bank info from their platform they store your information and charge and you explaining and get your money back is a history

Poor customer service
My experience hasn’t been pleasant. I fell for the old trick of purchasing something and inadvertently subscribing to a monthly service. The cancellation process didn’t work on three occasions despite cancelling on the same day I accidentally purchased it. After going through the cancellation process, you are asked to respond to a cancellation confirmation email. Why this step is necessary I don’t know. However, the email never arrived and I could not complete the cancellation. I checked all email boxes including spam. I’ll be surprised if this review stays up for long. I’m now emailing customer services for a refund.

When you want to cancel, the app says they will send you an email. This email never gets to your email account and you keep getting charged because of their inefficiency.
