Extremely disappointed!!
Still waiting for a response/call from Nexar. This is becoming very ridiculous that I'm having to reach out every day with no response from this company. I have spoken to someone in a legal department explaining that this is the second time I have purchased your merchandise and it has been a problem since the beginning And Nexar never sent my replacements from my first camera. And now this second camera is defected. I have explained that I have reached out to you guys many times with no return response anymore. I will take this further if needed so. As well, I see that there was a data breach!!! I'm no longer happy with this company, not happy with your customer service not happy with the product!!!!!!!

Works Good Now
This Nexar Pro worked great since I purchased it sometime back, the exact date is unknown. Now I can’t get the codes that were sent to work or get it to stay on. It turns on for approximately 3 seconds and shuts off. I don’t know what happened, but it works fine now. All I did was turn it back on in a different area and it is working good. It’s an awesome little dash cam.

Issues with app
The app no longer saves full drives to my phone, which it used to do. To create a clip from a drive I have to be in the car, connected to the camera and it takes literally 2-3 minutes to create and save a 30-second clip. I’ve cleared my phone storage, checked all of my settings, and it seems like it should be saving videos but doesn’t.
The most aggravating issue is with Groups - I get notifications when another driver in my group captures a clip, but the group never loads and I can never see the clips. This defeats the purpose of using the groups to keep tabs on your family while they’re driving. If something terrible happened to another group member, I would not know.
I’ve gone through the AI support questions and nothing is ever resolved.

Snap Camera into Mount
If using the NEXS1 with HD Smart Dash Camera Suction Mount, push camera firmly into USB-C port in mount. It will “pop” in. You will know when it happens. Hopefully, this information will prevent a new user from mistakenly thinking power cord and/or suction mount is broken.
The best dash cam
It drains my battery but I always have my phone in charging while in car. The app works great I have 2 Nexar dash camera one in my Nissan rouge used to be in my 2018 dodge grand caravan and one in my 2020 Ken worth dump truck. Highly recommend
